The membership will entitle you access to our updates on relevant publications, discounted conference participation fees, eligibility for student grants and mentorship, and an annual cc, journal (hopefully by the end of 2022).
Membership fees are the main income base for the society, ensuring that we can achieve our vision and goals. Ongoing costs include website maintenance, data management, and conference seed funding. The Society would like to ensure that all colleagues can become members, regardless of their financial standing. Our fees are only suggestions, with a minimum of $10 per membership.

The society will hold regular international conferences. Members will receive discounted conference rates.
The society will publish an annual or bi-annual Journal of Compassionate Conservation. Members will receive a free subscription.
The society will provide mentorship for up-and-coming students. This service will only be available to member students, or students of member academics.
The society will provide student grants. Only member students, or students of member academics, may apply for these grants
We welcome students to become Society members. Being part of the society will provide you access to our regular newsletter, access to our upcoming journal, and an opportunity to apply for mentorship and grants.

The membership fee will provide access to our newsletter, upcoming journal, like-minded academics, topical zoom meetings, and reduced conference rates. Your students can also apply for Society mentorship and grants.
